OP

Based on the anonymous interview and the three confirmed actions, I've been building a structural model of how the REA likely operates. This is informed by my SF training in UW doctrine.

Probable structure:

- 3-5 person operational cells (Portland had ~24, suggesting 5-8 cells combined for a Shield Action)

- Separate intelligence cells that gather info (Maricopa required extensive access)

- A coordination layer that assigns targets and approves actions

- Strict compartmentalization — cells don't know each other

What this means:

- Taking down one cell reveals nothing about the others

- The coordination layer is the critical vulnerability

- The intelligence capability is their most impressive and most legally vulnerable asset

Watchdogs only. Thoughts?
